Stan Hu 2581e995ce Document Gitaly workaround for HTTP proxy and UNIX sockets 
The upgrade of the gRPC library in GitLab 11.6 changed the behavior of
`gprc.Dial` to connect hostname `unix` through the HTTP proxy instead of
talking directly to the UNIX socket.  Until
https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitaly/issues/1447 is resolved, adding
`noproxy` to skip the `unix` host will be needed.
