DJ Mountney e6014c11da Document loopback IP usage in allowed_hosts header 
If using allowed host and workhorse is listening on TCP, then
allowed_hosts needs the loopback IP to enable internal requests.

Document this configuration and advise administrators of the
implications this may have in their environment.

Clean up multi-line links in Omnibus repo 
These links had their linking words separated by a hard wrap, which
confuses many linters for links. Let's fix them so linting happens
correctly

This adds a gitlab_rails['cdn_host'] setting in the gitlab.rb for
setting a gitlab.cdn_host in the gitlab.yml configuration.
