Pam Artiaga deaa5c65a1 Support dedicated sub-domain for kas 
Support the use of a dedicated sub-domain for the
GitLab Agent Server (KAS) address by setting the kas url
through the `gitlab_kas_external_url` configuration.

In https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/omnibus-gitlab/-/merge_requests/5611
we moved the docs from Omnibus into the GitLab project, but there
was a typo in the directory name.
