The Enablement sub-department is now called Core-platform
and has moved under Infrastructure.
Also, the Distribution documentation live under the systems stage.
Use the common features such as changelog checks provided
by gitlab-dangerfiles and clean up the file structure for
easier maintenance and upkeep with the broader changes
across the organization.
